Nuremberg Case #10 Krupp

The "Krupp Case" charged 12 defendants, who were among the highest executives in the Krupp industrial empire, with slave labor and spoliation for the aggrandizement of the concern. The opening statement was delivered by General Telford Taylor. The case proceeded to judgment against 11 defendants. Sentences imposed ranged from 12 years for Alfred Krupp and confiscation of all property to 6 years for others. The sentences were almost all commuted to time served.
