    had a phone call today from someone claiming to be from FAS,
    * did i have my bidders statement yet from FAS & was i going to accept there offer
    * pointed out to me that FAS would be voting against resolution 3 @ GWR agm & asked which way would i be voting

    this doesnt sound like a very confident company, if thay need to ring a small investor like me for my voting opinion
