I think you are right that the "diamond" line was not a throwaway. I order for it to be a commercial diamond operation it would have to be a diamond bearing Kimberlite pipe. These are extremely rich and rare and are controlled by ENDIAMA, the govt body in Angola. If nothing else this gives a clear indication of the level of govt support CVI has in Angola. Petra/ BHP aren't at this level.
