Because it has run fairly hard it'll be sold down by profit-takers that may want to pick up more of some of the harder hit stocks now at bargain prices.
As to whether it is a good buy at these prices - only time will tell. This depends on what the reason for the price increase was. If it is a major party taking a position and maybe thinking of a takeover then I think it is good buying, if it was purely trader speculation you need to be careful.
I would expect the SP to rise to between $2 and $3 over the next year though could be wrong. If it does make it to those levels then I guess this price is a fair buy. Anything could happen - what if further drilling turned up gold grades like the astonishing ones Ramelius found at Wattle Dam - the SP would have a one-way ticket to $5.
