Can anyone tell me what's with the 45M shares traded on the TSX on Friday. I guess a large off market parcel.
The DOW strong and EQN steady - it has been a struggle these last weeks.
Copper price - I remember about 9mths ago copper was looking weak and pundits had a much lower price over coming months and then China stepped up to the plate and it rose over 50%. It is a difficult commodity to predict esp. with the stock manipulations that the Chinese are known for to keep a lid on the price.
I have just reviewed my calcs again and at a $3.00 copper price EQN is AUD10+ on production at a PE of 8. Remember they have hedged most of their output.
