Both WPL and CNE have claimed in formal announcements to the market that operator is transferring to WPL. No annoncement ammending that from them. Most recent from Cairn was late 2017. To these guys nothing has changed yet because if it did they would be obliged to advise the market under disclosure rules. So in short you are "barking up the wrong tree" in my opinion.
