    By the sounds of it your the typical union memeber in a large company that does not want to see things change. you have the "it's allways been this way and it's allways going to be this way" attitude.
    There are plenty of jobs out there, Don't like your current job, leave move on get a new one there are plenty out there, but you won't because you will have to leave your comfort zone.
    It's people like you that the IR laws are trying to allow business to shake up and either get them more productive or move them on.
    Any way if your labor mates get in today do you realy think they are going to change the IR laws by that much, that they will lose all the funding and support from the large companies that want these laws. I don't think so.
