One of those types of articles where there is a silver lining no matter what! I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Albemarle to make some acquisitions at a mere 25% off the peak. Very likely if Li stocks were totally slaughtered. SQM will be moving down to a sub $2k cash cost of production. They will take $7k pMT any day from 2019 IMO, as the horse has already bolted on the supply response. In fact the SQM Corfo negotiation delays may have unintentionally sprung a trap for Li producers.
