    The point is, as I read it, that they sacked us, not the other way around.

    From the release:
    Accordingly, the Company has now accepted the resignation of Ernst & Young and the consent of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to its appointment as Sipa’s auditor.

    Note "resignation"

    Seen things like this before with other companies, and it rarely ends well.

    Wish I had sold my last $75 worth of shares when I sold the main body. lol
