An interesting and compelling discussion piece . I am a former holder of $MSP and am very keen to buy into the combined entity. The only thing holding me back (and I would imagine others) is the lack of news on cleaning up the balance of MSP. Hard to buy FFT at 11c with MSP offered at 1.8 (potentially FFT at 7.2c?!) I am not willing to play the corporate action game and buy the old shares again but also cant pay the implied premium until things are cleaned up a little
