Anyway, I disagree and think that most people "saw this coming" and only the naive few would expect growth to climb forever.
The builders observation of falling demand for new apartments is machinations of a normal market and I agree that 'the outlook was now closer to a “plateau” than a correction.' Which is why banks are reducing lending for investment property. They 'see it coming' and are initiating a rational response.
