I notice CBA (Citicorp) just announced it is no longer a substantial holder.This means its holding has dropped below 5%. The announcement tells us they sold 3,300,000 shares.
Its annoying when they don't tell you the total percentage holding they have left.
What is confusing is the Annual Report lists Citicorp as a the premium substantial holder on the 20/9/07
With 14,708,208 shares = 10.12%
Sells 3,300,000 shares = 2.2% approx
Should be left with = 8% approx holding.
I can't see any other announcements from CBA for interim sales?
