As share holders we can be only happy that all those problems surfacing right now while RFG still making a healthy profit .
If the management got some brains they will cut the dividend for 1 FY if needed more till debt is sustainable .
Though I do see the sp RFG going down to $1.60 or less after the announcement no dividend payment but I can be very wrong may be the market got it already priced in .( I have no crystal ball sorry ).
The market will stay nervous till there is real clarity concerning those lawsuits, outstanding debt etc..hence there will be some interesting buying opportunities .
At the mean time Im buckled up for this long ride with RFG it will take minimal two years or more before everything is sorted out .
