I am a shareholder and have bought and sold BPF shares many times over the past few years.

I’m not surprised by MAQ calling bs on the valuation. I do think they’re stalling but what comes next I do not know. The valuation seemed accurate to me (based on freely available market information).

I made that comment regarding BrennanIT as the chap from Brennan bought an awful lot of shares. I have no idea whether they’re making an offer however it would make sense and be a complimentary bolt on to their core business.
