I also understand the tax rate for expats has gone from 10% to 25%. Sounds like the Mongolian Govt behaving badly - again - (or at least not favourably towards foreigners and foreign entities). There may be more to this story but it looks like a sovereign risk issue emerging to me. Looking for counter-arguments - opinions please?
