Can someone please explain to me what is the problem with the $2.5m in convertible notes being converted into shares @3.5c on 3oth June 2018 especially when the holder is Andrew Forrest who will not rush out and sell them as he doesn't need the cash. Isn't that better than issuing shares @1.1c when the holders of these shares may rush out and sell to make a quick profit.
