Thanks miles, When he took office the lowest tax rate was 30.67% , when he left this rate was down to 20%. the top rate when he arrived was 60% when he left it was down to 47% and these rates were not just brought down the night before he left. Doesn't sound like the work of a demented socialist to me! Reducing individual tax rates and abolishing the double taxation of company profits is hardly the work of the red menace!
