yes Hairpin,
was thinking of the ALP conferance early on this year(?) when it was announced that it would be up to the individual states to determine their own policies on U mining. Personaly looking forward to this post election period as to have granted any license prior would be too politically sensitive and may have exposed the ALP to potential negative attention. Now however Kev and he's mates need to generate as much income as possible through new ventures rather than the Lib's strategy of selling off assets to finance new projects.
