The ASX should demand the real reason why he resigned. The board should also be carpeted for putting out garbage excuses like this. There is conflict in there somewhere but it's the shareholders who cop the flak. The context of the statement re appointment of a new CEO smacks of this going on for weeks. It's all damned lies and underhanded.
