builds suspense mate, its a tactic that has been used for ages, look at the likes of AXM, FNT there are many others they are just stocks i have been involved in when it has happened.
People start to talk, a bit of hype builds and buyers mount before the halt is lifted and if results are good SP rockets.
like i said previoulsy these guys called a halt at 25c, the best possible staring point for the next leg up in SP
