stalling

Without fresh news to push it, I think CVI will just simply stall at current levels or even gently slides downward under its own weight. MS needs to sway his magic wand soonish. I know I know, CVI is undervalued with the goodies it currently has, and the goodies it will probably get make it a compelling buy for anyone playing this end of the market. But, it needs fresh impetus to move out of its current lethargic range.
