Once again your throwing around hypothetical numbers and they look good, but they are just hypothetical!
The relationship AVZ with SDL is missing the lithium boom like SDL missed the iron ore boom.
All the lovely numbers you are sruiking are not proven. No Jorc, No PFS, No DFS, No Funding, No Construction and in the middle of nowhere! Sounds pretty similar to SDL to me except SDL have at least half of what I just stated.
Simple really.
