Many operators were Uni graduates.
The support team behind operators were all electrical and mechanical engineers not to mention the tradies, that were the real support to operators. The electricians and fitters; all very intelligent switched on people.
Even the workers packing coils were not stupid.
They were filling in time waiting for promotion onto the production lines .
