Presumably if the growers do not ante up they will be in breach of some other provisions - as FW was and lost the lot as I understand.
So there is potential cash which can be used to maintain the current plantings presumably to some defined maturity event.
Hmm the liquidators are in a strong position to achieve some form of recap without having to kowtow to all the various conflicting interests the board had to endure.
See what happens I guess.
