Agree with your approach. Yes, the expert's report will be interesting. Then the vote in March. We have seen massive turnover since the announcement, the virtual disappearance of the short brigade in a cloud of smoke, and someone quietly accumulating in the wings in the lead up to the March vote. Now who may that be?
The vote should have two classes, those with direct interest and the rest. 75% of votes cast will be needed in each class, with a minimum 50% participation rate, to confirm the deal. Oracle votes will be limited to the direct interest class, as will LJ, RP and the BOD's votes. Interesting. Don't expect the FIRB to say no.
