SEV now has 86.6% of Unwired and has extended offer until 3 December.

Guess we will have to wait a little longer to see if SEV
goes for ENG.

If so it will probably be a merger or takeover by Unwired but would depend on tax, control and longer term stratergy implications

Will be interesting to see what is said and not said at the ENG AGM this week
