    Good communication by the company. Answers the questions. Looks like version 1 coming out this qtr, and integration still underway. Due diligence still underway for stage 2, which is relating to the database and advertising revenue. CEO seems bullish regarding the app, and just as I thought, management have an idea in mind and this acquisition is fast tracking the process! These guys don't mess around!
