I couldn't believe it at first either, but if you think about it then it makes perfect sense.

The best and only way to get this over the line is to pump the price high enough to convince people to participate in the offer.

If the price plummeted to below 4c then anyone courageous enough to gamble on this would just buy on market and they couldn't raise what they need to survive.

So why not spend a few million to pump it up so that you can bank $36M?

The trouble is, when shell shocked holders are thrown a life line very few holders bother to question the numbers and the information dished up to them by the very people who drove them into this mess.

I could write a pages long post to remind everyone of the broken promises and misinformation, but suddenly when a light appears at the end of the dark tunnel villains become heroes...

I'm talking about cold hard numbers, not statements like "we've halved our strip ratios and now have access to the 'high grade' ore".
