    Absolutely no chance at all, investors rank last. (except where total assets exceed all liabilities and we wouldn't be in this situation if the company was solvent.)

    The order is
    Administrators
    Staff
    Secured Lenders
    Unsecured creditors & Suppliers
    Shareholders
    Growers

    ATO is somewhere in that mix as well

    I wonder how may other PUT options are out there on wholesale wood lots that have been sold?
