I think in some part it comes down to the SPP being held out to dry for way too long and an information blackout - they managed to get the 4c out last quarter before the 11th hour ( 23 Oct ) they should do the same now, IMO.
In the meantime the HC ‘cauldron’ is overflowing with a toxic brew of speculation and conspiracists theorems.
As for me - I bought some more today @ 30.5....
