Did you have a bad day at the races DR?....l haven't mentioned races...but since you have, the final testing results were supposedly 'on track' to be received by Co several months ago....before the Environmental application was to be submitted.....are we at the 'steeple chases' here?..because l believe the Co has 'jumped over' a very important announcement for a long time now...an Ann that may well impact the $40 mill funding....the only BOA that VRC has will not be able to service the funds they are seeking imo...and today's Ann mentioned just about everything but. Don't you find that peculiar?
