Sure, but I still maintain that its not their prerogative to publish it without MGC's authorisation (their client) despite being in a different jurisdiction. It would or should have been made clear by the MGC BOD that the granting or otherwise of certification is commercially sensitive.
Despite all this lets wait until Thursday latest to see how the market reacts. I'm hoping for a very positive lift in the SP
