Regular etrade customers have to transfer the securities in to their accounts.

I have never bought options before, so shot an email off to etrade. The response was:

"You can transfer the company options into your account. To action an online Issuer Sponsored Transfer - simply go to our 'My Accounts' tab and select 'Transfer Securities'. Please select this and proceed by following the instructions provided. Once the share registry validates this request you will receive an email confirmation message.

You can sell them online, however to exercise the options you will need to contact the share registry. "
