Looking more and more like a cap raising to me. Mind you, the last time I was in this position (RAU) it actually shot up 30% when they announced the raising !
If KAL have drilling results in hand they cannot sit on them for this period of time - they have to release to market in my undertanding. a TH that goes down to the line usually = cap raising.
