Just sold out 90% mnd, not because i no longer likes it. I just need more capital to invest in VRSN in Nasdaq.
I am a web developer. Last year, Google released a police, basically it says every websites need SSL certificate, if you don’t have SSL, then it will show a “not secure” message on browser. And your website raking will be a bit lower than your competitors who has bought SSL.
Suddenly all our existing customers rush to us to purchase SSL. Verisign is one of the business dominate in providing SSL. it has a very good recurring earnings, as SSl is a subscription service, you need to renew it every year. I bought some vrsn late last year, I just decided to buy more.
BTW, When I was reading the annual report, I noticed Warren Buffet was one of the marjor shareholder. His purchase price was like $60-$70, This guy knows the technology, he reacts faster than most nerds in IT industry.
It’s not really related to MND, anyway, just share my thought.
