It would seem to me, ann would happen after xmas simply because most investors are shopping for xmas and not paying attention to the market. Yes, I know it is material to shareholders, but they would just delay the approval of the news until suited them better? Since everyone on the board is expecting the news going into xmas, then we can assume it has been priced into the stock at the present time. Their might be a double / triple (not sure of impact) but will then settle back when they go to raise the funds to do the dig. Just my two cents. BR
