You make valid points. RTG for one is indeed a very small company. Some like to say because members of their team/board have been involved in previous mines that this somehow makes the company a proven and capable developer. BCL also has people who have worked on countless other projects (including the running of a Panguna previously) but they don’t claim this makes them BHPesque, because that would be misleading. BCL also has the invaluable project data which certainly adds to their appeal as a project partner. Major savings there in time and money.
