you don't need to ring the company, ASX publishes these things, during tomorrows trading check this link

If the 'status' is CE (cum entitlement) then any shares you buy will be entitled to participate in the CR
If the 'status' is XE (ex-entitlement) then buying those shares you don't get to participate.
It seems that SPQ will be showing XE on Monday based on recent announcement.
