    Only one reason Cassidy would leave OXR instead of ZFX - it means it is ZFX to do the taking over, not the other way round. This way, he resigns from OXR, stays at ZFX and keep directorship after takeover. Anyway, obvious that something is brewing which causes him a conflict of interest.
