ddH, can appreciate your frustration, but things have changed.
Have trawled back through the ASX announcements and the issue with the FDA trial was, IMO, initial poor trial design and ridiculously high patient numbers. It is always harder to recruit!
The new design, is much more straightforward and achievable.
The other thing that has changed is the expansion of technegas globally (outside of the US) and new indications for technegas.
And another is the cyclopet disaster (from which CYC was vindated) that is now behind them and must have been a big distraction.
And the company is now profitable and paying dividends.
Agree that FDA is important but I don’t think it is a conspiracy - just poor design initially. Hopefully better now.
