Bello, this sell down has been happening for 6 weeks if you have not noticed, it is a big player exiting which is Talbot IMO.
He bought in too soon and is now punishing the price. It currently has no support also from anyone else which is of concern.
And is making new lows, chart wise it is a strong sell.
There is also no oil flowing due to approvals delay.
