    I have no idea what the ann. is, but apparently Wayne gets regular queires from Chinese co.s or their Austrlaian agents...you cloudl still hanve and MOU without finalising infrastructure or resource size....but hey, we have to wait - but my gut feel (normally unreliable) tells me this cld be worth waiting for
