ASIC is a sad organisation with little to no insight, they adopt to react rather than act. It's plain lazy and it wouldn't surprise me if more dirt is uncovered on the malpractice of how our super is handled in the future. You should let them know that the response you received is "unsatisfactory" perhaps you could throw their response to one of the media vultures. Perhaps they could for once make themselves useful
