The best part of the deal is that it's basically no-risk. Essentially saying, we know there's Tantalum there, not sure how much, but we've already set a target for an initial deal with the option to sell more. If we don't meet the target, we sell what we're able to get.
Should see a rise off the back of this, but await eagerly for a few more great announcements to come.
