Very good returns on refined glycerine?
Once they start producing their own then yes. For the moment it depends what price they will be paying for the crude glycerine. If the crude price is not much different to the price of methanol then the EPS just on the refined glycerine would make the current share price quite cheap.
Considering that and the jatropha oil supply contract is for US$500 per tonne, compared to prospectus forecast of US$495 per tonne of palm oil then NFL should be raking the money in 12 to 24 months from now. Imagine EPS two or more times the current share price!
