Rudd did not promise a laptop for every school kid - GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT

What has been promised is

A tax rebate on the cost of parents buying a laptop for their school aged children.

AND

Computer access for all students (over aged 11 I think it was) so that computers become part of the learning of traditional subjests, not computing a seperate subject as the case is now.
