The latest Eureka report 'Rio could trample iron minors' by Tim Treadgold, recommends getting out of small minors, particularly those involved with magnetite. The basis for this is RIO's ambition to treble its production of Haematite will sharply decrease the market appeal for magnetite. Existing Chinese interest in magnetite miners will decline once this new supply of haematite becomes known and available.
The article states that GBB, amongst others, is 'almost certainly over-priced', and recommends a sell.
