I received an annual yesterday in WA with no proxy for voting.
After reading the release to asx regarding the results of the agm and the re-appointment of JJ by way of show of hands,

well unless I nodded off I didn't witness any show of hands.

I'm also confused as to the no. of proxies considered in the vote count. Something like 23m when there are 126m shares.

I took away from the agm that these guys aren't going to say something unless it's worth saying. They seem to favour credibility in the market for the future when they are going to need finance.
They did mention a sp of 20-30 to 50c but that was related to being taken seriously should they seek finance in the future.
