Approx 100M shares on offer if you include outstanding options. (very rough estimate)
$3 equates to a AUD$300M market cap. Far too cheap in my opinion.
When you look at recent acquisitions and the entire regenerative medicine space I'd be think a USD$500M+ (AUD$615M or $6.15 a share) is more likely. I'd expect nothing less to be quite honest.
The tech can be licensed across many multiples of disease targets and modified MSC approaches. That's a very BIG market.
