So you think that the directors would re-confirm the guidance twice and then not be able to meet it ?

I have spoken to the company and they confirmed that revenues are in line but some minor pressures on margins which they believe will be made up in the comming months.
The other major issue you have is that any party who has gone into the data room signs an agreement no to purchase any shares on market after this which means that even if there is a buyer they must wait for a formal offer to be made.
This could have been made last week even when the SP was in the mid 30's.
I just can't see a junior telco not prepared to stump up 50-100m to get control of CDR and the revenue.
I guess time will tell but I continue to buy at these levels as I have at higher levels.
